PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personnel management system for performing work allocation to all personnel including surplus personnel under the consideration of the difficulty of a work and the proficiency of personnel, and for making a personnel layout plan from which the maximum work result is expected with a team work.SOLUTION: A personnel plan function part 3 is configured to, by referring to the master information of a personnel skill and a work skill stored in a database 2, plan personnel allocation, and to execute the allocation processing of personnel on the basis of request skill information requested by a work and supply skill information from which the supply condition of personnel is determined in accordance with the attendance situation of the personnel. A result acquisition and storage function part 4 is configured to record and tabulate the work results of personnel executed on the basis of the personnel allocation planned by the personnel plan function part 3, and a result evaluation function part 5 is configured to evaluate the work results of the personnel recorded and tabulated by the result acquisition and storage function part 4, and to evaluate the team work performance of the personnel who has performed the same work, and to reflect the evaluation result on the master information stored in the database 2. Thus, the personnel plan function part 3 is able to use information necessary for personnel allocation in a state that the latest work result is reflected. |
