PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for appropriately displaying a plurality of information useful for a user on display means.SOLUTION: A water and room heater 10 comprises: a heat pump 40; a water and room heating unit 50; a hot water tank 30; a heating terminal 70; a controller 14; and a remote controller 12. The remote controller 12 includes a display panel for displaying thereon information. The controller 14 is control means for controlling the entire water and room heater 10 including the heat pump 40 and the water and room heating unit 50 to operate. If a plurality of pieces of advice information to be displayed on the display panel is present, the controller 14 preferentially displays on the display panel the advice information that indicates maximum money saving by changing a current set value to a predetermined value. |
