PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a confectionery product beneficial for health.SOLUTION: The confectionery product having a core and a shell includes 0.8 g to 2 g of inulin as a whole, 20 to 55 wt.% fructan as a whole, and 70% sucrose at a maximum as a whole. The shell is not a continuum of fat, accounting for 5 to 95 wt.% in the whole confectionery product. |
