<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection precision for a frame, in a technology for automatically detecting a frame out of a comic image.SOLUTION: A comic image frame detection device includes a frame detection part 206 which, based on a comic image acquired by an image acquisition part 202, detects a frame which is divided by a border line out of the comic image, a re-detection region determination part 212 which determines a frame non detection region which is not divided by the border line in the comic image or a region in the frame that is detected by the frame detection part 206, as a re-detection region for detecting a non-detected frame, a frame re-detection part 214, based on the image in the re-detection region in the comic image, performs frame re-detection for detecting a frame that is not detected by the frame detection part 206, out of the re-detection region, and an output part 224 which outputs data containing frame detection results by the frame detection part 206 and the frame re-detection part 214.</p> |
