A laminating apparatus includes a stage, a bottom film arranged on the stage, a donor film arranged on the bottom film, a substrate arranged between the bottom film and the donor film, a heating bar which performs a laminating operation, and a press unit which presses the upper side of the donor film. The defect of the donor film is prevented in a laminating process by performing the laminating operation when the donor film is closely attached to the substrate. The reliability of the laminating apparatus is improved. |
