The present invention relates to a confectionery and baking mixer having a device for fixating a mixing bowl. In the case of the prior mixer, a mixing bowl is placed on a table and is fixated by a fixation device, which prevents the mixing bow from moving, during a mixing process. The mixer of the present invention makes processes of fixating and separating the mixing bowl easier and less burdensome. The mixer comprises: a body that has a lower end portion on which a pair of supports, closely contacting the ground, is formed, and an upper end portion protrudes toward the front side; the stirring tool installed on a rotational shaft, which is rotated by a motor installed on the inside of the body protruding toward the top fron side; a table which is fixated on the supports; and a mixing bowl that has a bottom surface, formed in the shape of a hemisphere, and a top surface, formed in the shape of a container having an open top, and is place on the table. |
