AZAINDOLE USEFUL AS JANUS KINASE INHIBITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an azaindole useful as a Janus kinase inhibitor.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a compound useful as a depressant of a protein kinase, particularly JAK family kinase. The present invention also provides a pharmaceutically acceptable composition comprising the compound and a method of using the composition in therapy of various illnesses, symptoms or disorders. The compound and a pharmacologically acceptable composition thereof are useful for therapy or reduction in seriousness of various diseases in a patient, including proliferative diseases, cardiac diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, autoimmune diseases, organ transplantation-related symptoms, inflammatory diseases or immune-mediated diseases. The compound and composition provided by the present invention are also useful for research of JAK kinase in biological and pathological phenomena, research of the intracellular signal transduction pathway mediated by the kinase, and comparative evaluation for a new kinase inhibitor.
