PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joist unit for a low floor, which can make a double floor low and which is excellent in terms of cost, and a double floor structure.SOLUTION: A plurality of support bolts 12 for supporting a long joist material 14 in a height-adjustable manner are provided at intervals in the lengthwise direction of the joist material 14. A recess 17, which can house at least a part of the joist material 14 when the joist material 14 is brought closer to a floor contact base 11 provided at the lower end of the support bolt 12, is formed in the joist material 14. Plate-like reinforcement parts 16 are provided on both the sides of the recess 17, respectively.
