SPECIAL PURPOSE MACHINE TOOL FOR MACHINING SMALL-SIZE PRECISE COMPONENT OF 3C PRODUCT

A special purpose machine tool for machining a small-size precise component of a 3C product comprises a base (1). Two sets of independent XYZ axis systems and two sets of independent tool magazines (8-1, 8-2) are mounted on the base (1). A square groove (9) is formed on a side surface of the base (1). A drawer-type chip accumulating mechanism is mounted in the square groove (9). The drawer-type chip accumulating mechanism consists of a chip accumulating drawer (10) and an overflowing drawer (11) disposed from top to bottom. Bottoms of the chip accumulating drawer (10) and the overflowing drawer (11) are provided with filtering nets (10-1, 11-1). A water tank (12) is disposed below the overflowing drawer (11). A through hole is disposed in a turntable (6) on an upper top surface, and a location of the through hole is corresponding to the chip accumulating drawer (10). By using the special purpose machine tool, the working efficiency is further improved, the cost is reduced, and the machining precision and the product quality are improved. The drawer-type chip accumulating mechanism can effectively collect all chips produced in a machining process, thereby proving an environmental protection function.
