The present invention provides a method, device, terminal and base station for resident cell processing, the method comprising: determining frequency point priorities of a plurality of frequency points; and processing a resident cell of UE according to the determined frequency point priorities. With the present invention, solved is the problem in the related techniques that UE has to try several times when a UTRAN-TDD base station transmits information of a plurality of frequency points to the UE, and not only the UE energy is wasted, but also the network performance is reduced in some extent. Therefore, achieved is the effect that the resident cell of the UE can be processed according to the priorities, and not only the UE energy is saved, but also the network performance is improved effectively. |
