METHODS AND APPARATUS TO COLLECT PUBLICLY AVAILABLE METADATA TO DETERMINE MEDIA CREATION PRODUCT USAGE A method is disclosed. The method comprises collecting metadata from a plurality of digital media files from a plurality of web sites; identifying, using a processor, product types used to generate the digital media files based on the metadata; and generating, using the processor, a report identifying relative usages of the identified product types on each of the plurality of web sites. The method further comprises selecting, using the processor, one of the plurality of web sites for display of an advertisement based on the identified product types in the report and the usages in the report. |
