PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triazine compound having excellent compatibility with polymers or an organic solvent.SOLUTION: There is provided a triazine compound represented by the chemical formula (1). When the triazine compound is used as an additive for polymers such as an epoxy resin, a phenol resin and a polyester resin, the triazine compound is dissolved or uniformly dispersed in a polymer, prevents migration of an electronic component or a printed circuit board or the like, and exhibits an effect of improving adhesiveness between inorganic and metallic materials constituting an electronic component or a printed circuit board and a polymer.
