PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analytic method that prevents the control of a liquid feed pump from being affected by pressure fluctuation due to an operation of sample injection or flow channel switching by an auto-sampler.SOLUTION: In the liquid chromatograph analysis, an eluant is fed while the mixture ratio between two kinds of eluant is varied, the liquid feed amount is adjusted on the basis of the pressure acquired in a predetermined time in a flow channel of the fed eluant, a sample is injected into the flow channel, the injected eluant is supplied to a separation column, a target component is separated from the sample, and the separated target component is detected. In this analysis, control is performed so that the cycle of feeding the eluant is made synchronous with the sample injection operation and the sample injection operation is executed with a timing different from the acquisition time of the pressure. |
