PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture medium and a cell culture method, particularly to provide a culture medium and a culture method for proliferating corneal endothelial cells, and more particularly to provide a cell culture medium and a culture method which can proliferate corneal endothelial cells under serum-free conditions.SOLUTION: Provided are a cell culture medium containing a material which inhibits the effect of p21 family (e.g., bFGF), a material which removes active oxygen (e.g., ascorbyl-2-phosphate) a material which inhibits the effect of p16INK4a (e.g., Bmi1-11R), and a material which activates a Wnt signaling pathway (BIO), and a cell culture method characterized by culturing a cell using the culture medium. |
