PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange even a unit type building having a roof unit not using a structure stress-proof member such as a floor beam in a region which is saved in space between a part immediately below the roof unit and a building unit while having an arrangement space of a variety of kinds of piping, wiring or the like without causing the lowering of rigidity.SOLUTION: A building unit 1' located immediately below a roof unit R2 which does not use a structure stress-proof member such as a floor beam in a building main body H comprises a rectangular frame part 30 which is formed of ceiling beams 3. The rectangular frame part 30 also serves as both a ceiling part F2b in the lower building unit 1' and a floor part F3a in an upper roof unit R2. At this time, a floor joist 32 of a part of the rectangular part 30 is composed of a synthetic member which is formed by being laminated with a steel beam 33 arranged at a lower side and a floor material receiving member 34 which is arranged at an upper side, and receives a floor plate 8, and a notch 35 for an arrangement space for arranging a variety of installation objects in prescribed positions is formed at the floor material receiving member 34. |
