<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifier capable of melting frozen water in the dehumidifier while avoiding degradation in cooling capability, and an air conditioning system including such a dehumidifier.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system 1 comprises a low-pressure dehumidification dehumidifier 10; and a differential pressure sensor 15 detecting a differential pressure between an upstream pressure and a downstream pressure of the dehumidifier 10. A coalescer 10b serving as a water condensation member within the dehumidifier 10 is formed of a material having fibers coated with a conductive substance. The air conditioning system 1 comprises: a controller 17 exerting a control to apply a current to the coalescer 10b of the dehumidifier 10 if the differential pressure detected by the differential pressure sensor exceeds a predetermined value; and a circuit 16 including a switch 16b that can apply the current to the coalescer 10b when the switch 16b is connected in response to a signal p from the controller 17. Such a dehumidifier 10 and the air conditioning system 1 including the dehumidifier 10 are provided.</p> |
