<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire production device capable of surely discharging a drain to an outlet to prevent occurrence of unvulcanization and to shorten a vulcanization time even if there is a large height difference between a drain in a bladder used for vulcanizing a tire raw cover (non-crosslinked tire) and the outlet.SOLUTION: A tire vulcanization device 1 is provided with a mold 11, a center mechanism 12, a blowout port for blowing a high-temperature high-pressure medium into a bladder 2, and an outlet 20 for discharging a drain B of the medium accumulating in the bladder. The blowout direction of the medium in the blowout port is set at a prescribed horizontal angle to the radial direction of the bladder and at a prescribed position angle to an upper direction. In the bladder, a protrusion 2b extending spirally to the same direction as the medium blowout direction from the outer periphery side of the bladder toward a center is provided on the inner peripheral face of a lower side 2a and thus, a tire production device is configured so that the drain of the medium reaches the outlet along the spiral groove formed by the protrusion 2b.</p> |
