摘要 A photoelectric conversion device has pixels arranged in two dimensions. The pixels have a photoelectric conversion unit and a signal reading out unit that reads out a signal generated in the photoelectric conversion unit. The photoelectric conversion device includes first and second pixel groups, and first and second connection sections. Each of the first and second pixel groups has pixels arranged in a predetermined direction. The first connection section electrically connects output nodes of the pixels included in the first pixel group to one another. The second connection section electrically connects output nodes of the pixels included in the second pixel group to one another. The number of output nodes which are electrically connected to one another by the first connection section is different from the number of output nodes which are electrically connected to one another by the second connection section.
