Provided are a data reading and writing method, device and system, which relate to the field of computers and can solve the problem in the prior art that writing operations of a storage device of different optimization fineness need to be configured with different algorithms, improving the flexibility of the writing operation of the storage device. The method comprises: acquiring first data to be written in a storage device and an address of the first data; according to the address, acquiring second data which has been written in the storage device; acquiring configuration information, wherein the configuration information comprises a data bit width, the number of data flag bits, and a predetermined stepping algorithm; according to the number of the data flag bits and the bit width of the first data, using the predetermined stepping algorithm to generate a candidate dataset corresponding to the first data; comparing the data in the candidate dataset with the second data to obtain third data from the candidate dataset meeting a predetermined rule; and according to the address, writing the third data in the storage device, so as to calculate and read the first data when the first data needs to be read from the storage device. |
