A device and method for producing an electronic ink capsule. The device for producing an electronic ink capsule comprises a first input tube (1, 7, 41), a second input tube (2, 8, 42), an ultraviolet light source (5, 10, 53), and an output tube (4, 9, 43) respectively connected to the first input tube (1, 7, 41) and the second input tube (2, 8, 42). The first input tube (1, 7, 41) is a light shading tube which is used for inputting electrophoresis suspension liquid mixed with a prepolymer and a photoinitiator. The second input tube (2, 8, 42) is used for inputting an aqueous solution containing a surfactant. The ultraviolet light source (5, 10, 53) is used for illuminating liquid mixture in the output tube (4, 9, 43) of liquid input from the first input tube (1, 7, 41) and the second input tube (2, 8, 42), so as to generate an electronic ink capsule. The electronic ink capsule produced by means of the device and method for producing an electronic ink capsule has the advantages of good uniformity and strong thermal stability. |
