A folding type vertical take-off and landing aircraft is disclosed. The folding type vertical take-off and landing aircraft comprises a body (10) providing a space to accommodate inside and having upper and lower covers (11, 13) and a plurality of divided side covers (15); a fixed body (20) which is fixed inside the body (10) and having first and second panels (21,22) piled vertically with a space in between; a rotating body (30) having a rotating panel (31) and a plurality of links (33) of which one end is hinged on the periphery of the rotating panel (31); a link body (40); and a propeller (50).
