摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a solar photovoltaic power generation system having a solar photovoltaic monitoring function considering an external environment factor. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the solar photovoltaic power generation system considering the external environmental factor comprises: a diagnosing unit and a reference value setting unit. The diagnosing unit diagnoses at least one solar photovoltaic module included in a solar photovoltaic array. The diagnosing unit determines whether or not a voltage value of the solar photovoltaic module to be diagnosed, which is included in the solar photovoltaic array, is equal to or less than a first reference value. When it is determined that the voltage value of the solar photovoltaic module to be diagnosed is equal to or less than the first reference value, the diagnosing unit determines whether or not the voltage value of the solar photovoltaic module to be diagnosed is equal to or less than a total average value of the solar photovoltaic array. When it is determined that the voltage value of the solar photovoltaic module to be diagnosed is equal to or less than the total average value of the solar photovoltaic array, the diagnosing unit determines that abnormality is present in the solar photovoltaic module to be diagnosed. The reference value setting unit sets the first reference value considering the external environmental factor.</p>
