<p>Disclosed is a member for controlling luminous flux and a display device having the same. The member for controlling luminous flux comprises the following: a plane of incidence which light reaches; a refracting interface from which the light on the plane of incidence escapes; and a backside surface extended to the refracting interface from the plane of incidence. The central axis extended from the plane of incidence to the center of the refracting interface is determined. A first direction vertical to the central axis is determined. A second direction crossing over the first direction, vertical to the central axis, is determined. A first distance between the plane of incidence and refracting interface from the central axis on the first direction is smaller than a second distance between the plane of incidence and refracting interface from the central axis on the second direction.</p> |
