摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A precharger of a hybrid electric vehicle is provided to reduce the cost through the use of a semiconductor switch, to semi-permanently extend the lifespan and to realize no noise. CONSTITUTION: A precharger of a hybrid electric vehicle comprises a semiconductor switch(33), a feedback resistor(34), and a voltage source(35). The semiconductor switch is connected in parallel with a main relay(20) between a high voltage battery(10) and a capacitor DC link stage. The semiconductor switch is possible to control the On/Off. The feedback resistor is serially connected to the output of the semiconductor switch for the limit of the output current. The feedback resistor is serially connected to the semiconductor switch and enables the feedback controls of the output current and the gate voltage. The voltage source applies the driving voltage to the gate of the semiconductor switch.</p>
