A method of testing platelet function, wherein anticoagulated blood mixed with a weak platelet-activating reagent is passed through a capillary in which at least part of the inner surface is a surface that readily adheres to blood platelets, and the platelet function is tested by observing and measuring the behavior of the blood in the capillary.
