摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of correctly selecting a true alignment reflection image but not an IOL (intraocular lens) reflection ghost even in the case of an IOL insertion eye.SOLUTION: An eye refractivity meter comprises: a measurement unit 110 for measuring a subject eye E; an eye refractivity measurement light source 201 for projecting a beam to the subject eye E; anterior ocular segment illumination light sources 221a, 221b for projecting a beam to the subject eye E from a direction differing from that of the eye refractivity measurement light source 201; and a system control unit which selects a bright spot image corresponding to a reflection beam reflected at a cornea of the subject eye from a plurality of bright spot images composed of first bright spot images generated by reflection beams corresponding to the beam projected by the eye refractivity measurement light source 201 on the basis of positional relation between the first bright spot images and second bright spot images generated by reflection beams corresponding to the beams projected by the anterior ocular segment illumination light sources 221a, 221b, and calculates an alignment state between the subject eye E and measurement unit 110 by using the selected bright spot image.
