PALATABLE BEVERAGE EXTRACTING BAG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesive strength between a bag body 2 and a paper support sheet 1 in a palatable beverage extracting bag comprising the bag body 2 made of a polyester knitted fabric and the paper support sheets 1 bonded to the front and back surfaces of the bag body 2.SOLUTION: A polyester knitted fabric is formed of a core-sheath type monofilament yarn. The sheath of the monofilament yarn is formed from copolymer polyester made by copolymerizing a monomer containing terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol, and 1,4-butanediol. A paper support sheet 1 is made by cutting a material made by laminating a polyethylene film on a thick paper into a prescribed shape. The paper support sheets 1 and a bag body 2 are superposed on each other so as to bring the polyethylene film into contact with the front and back surfaces of the bag body 2, and heated and compressed so as to be heat-bonded. The palatable beverage extracting bag is improved in adhesive strength between the paper support sheet 1 and the bag body 2 by about two times than the conventional one.
