PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce access to an authority server.SOLUTION: When receiving a query demand, an ENUM cache server 10 calculates the number of received query demand corresponding to respective record for every telephone number stored in an ENUM data storage part 13a. When record in which the calculated number exceeded a predetermined number exists, the ENUM cache server 10 extends a period for storing the record, and makes the ENUM data storage part 13a store it.
