PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of suppressing glare and obtaining a presentation effect deriving from sparkling light with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A lighting device 10 comprises: a light-emitting element 25; a light transmission member 13; and a cover 14. The light transmission member 13 is opposed to the light-emitting element 25 at a predetermined interval, and includes: a light transmission region 29 transmitting light from the light-emitting element 25 and having a predetermined light transmittance, and a plurality of high transmittance portions 30 each having a relatively high light transmittance is provided in a part of the light transmission region 29. The cover 14 covers the light-emitting element 25 and the light transmission member 13 and has light transparency.
