This is a unique device for training foot and leg muscles; it consists of a pedal attached to a pedestal. The front end of the pedal is connected to the balance arm by means of a metal rod; the balance arm is mounted to a stand.;The balance arm rule is used for the first time to achieve specific pressure on the muscles due to movement of weight on the lever arm.;Fixed load in the form of balance weights is used to adjust pressure.;The change in pressure is achieved due to movement of balance weights along one lever arm of the balance arm (for example, this could be the right side).;The movement of the balance weights on the threaded portion can be used to adjust the pressure on the foot.
