PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize cell search for re-establishing connection during VoIP communication without the complexity of implementation in a mobile communication terminal.SOLUTION: The mobile communication method includes: a step in which an LTE network supporting VoIP communication transmits, to an AS layer function of a mobile communication terminal UE, search target RAT information that specifies RAT to be searched for, when the mobile communication terminal UE starts VoIP communication in the LTE network; and a step in which the AS layer function of the mobile communication terminal UE, upon detection of degradation in radio quality, performs the cell search limiting the search range to RAT specified by the above search target RAT information. |
