PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform electrical control conforming more to the actual system state, by enhancing the stability determination of a power system and the accuracy of required control amount calculation, in a system stabilization device of offline pre-operation type.SOLUTION: A system stabilization device 4 performs operation by assuming various faults before the fault. An arithmetic unit 42 performs operation of stability of a power system periodically before the fault, determines the stability on the basis of the operation results, and generates a control table 44 for determining a required control amount of generator interruption after the fault. Upon occurrence of a system fault, the arithmetic unit 42 determines an electrical control generator on the basis of the control table 44 and a stability index of the power system before the fault. In the operation of stability, the arithmetic power unit 42 measures an effective power P and a system center voltage Vc outputted from a generator group 10 periodically, and calculates the stability index of the power system by using these measurement values. |
