PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel curable composition capable of forming a hard coat excellent not only in water repellency but also in water slipping property on a surface of a plastic material.SOLUTION: There are provided: a curable composition which contains (a) 0.01-20 pts.mass of a silicon-containing polymer having a trialkylsilyl group bonded to a carbon atom in a repeating unit structure, (b) 100 pts.mass of an active energy ray-curable polyfunctional monomer, and (c) 0.1-20 pts.mass of a polymerization initiator which generates radicals upon irradiation with active energy rays; a cured film obtained from the composition; and a laminate formed using the composition.
