PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet making a rod-like rice mass hardly slip from a covering film, and a rod-like packaged rice mass obtained by packaging a rod-like packaged rice mass with the same.SOLUTION: A packaging sheet is configured by putting sheet-like food 5 between the inside surface of a rectangular outer film 2 and the inside surface of an inner film 3, and heat-welding a covering film 4 having protrusions 42 and 42 whose both ends are protruded so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the outer film 2. The packaging sheet is for packaging by covering the edge face of a rod-like rice mass 7 by the protrusions 42 and 42 of the covering film 4, and winding the outside surface side of the inner film 3 around the rod-like rice mass 7. The covering film 4 is a film formed with irregularities.
