PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that has achieved both of improvement of installation workability of the device and reduction in size and thickness of the device without increase in cost, and a network camera.SOLUTION: An imaging device includes a housing installed on an installation surface, a first print circuit board 206 supported in parallel with the installation surface and including an image processing circuit 206-a, a second print circuit board 207 including an RJ connector 207-a, a lens mirror barrel 201 rotated in a panning direction by a panning driving unit 202, and an electric connection part 208 connecting the lens mirror barrel 201 with the first print circuit board 206. The electric connection part 208 is disposed to be moved in parallel with the first print circuit board 206 when the lens mirror barrel 201 is rotated in the panning direction by the panning driving unit 202, and the second print circuit board 207 is disposed outside a range of the locus of the movement of the electric connection means 208 and is disposed inside the housing so as to be perpendicular to the installation surface. |
