<p>The present invention relates to a dust collector with an injection unit for a bag filter having a sealed injection structure that directly transmits the spraying force of compressed air into a filter and thus exhibits strong dedusting force by spraying the compressed air into the filter while the filter of the dust collector is sealed. The dust collector with an injection unit for a bag filter having a sealed injection structure comprises: a dust collector housing having an inlet for introducing fluid at a lower end; a plurality of filters installed vertically inside the dust collector housing to filter the fluid introduced through the inlet; a fluid inhaler connected to the upper end of the dust collector housing to inhale the fluid filtered by the filter; and a spray device installed at the upper end of the filter to conduct a spraying movement for dissociating pollutants accumulated on the surface of the filter by intermittently opening or closing the opening part of the filter, spraying compressed air into the filter when the opening part is closed, and thus instantaneously expanding the filter. Therefore, the present invention directly transmits the spraying force of compressed air into a filter and thus exhibits strong dedusting force. In addition, a clogging phenomenon on the filter can be prevented and thus can increase production efficiency in industrial fields.</p> |
