<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent a nurse holding a portable terminal which is a target of broadcast calling but did not ring from being left unaware of the calling from a patient.SOLUTION: A nurse call system comprises: a broadcast calling control unit 24 for instructing execution of broadcast calling to a plurality of portable terminals 10; and a calling history record control unit 25 which transmits a calling history record command to non-response terminals and performs control so as to record calling history information, when any portable terminal 10 returns a response, where the non-response terminals are terminals except the terminal 10 returning the response. When a portable terminal 10 which did not ring because of a PBX 7's calling delay is included in the plurality of non-response terminals, the nurse call system also makes the portable terminal 10 which did not ring record the calling history information. Thereby, a calling history can be also confirmed at the portable terminal 10 which is a target of broadcast calling but did not ring.</p> |
