PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a phase error caused by the dead band of a phase discrimination circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes: a delay line 120; an input circuit 110 for inputting an internal clock signal PCLK to the delay line 120: a feedback loop composed of the input circuit 110, the delay line 120, and a replica circuit 130, and for generating an oscillator signal DOSCD by circulating the internal clock signal PCLK at a plurality of times via the delay line 120; and a phase discrimination circuit 140 for comparing the phases between the internal clock signal PCLK and the oscillator signal DOSCD. According to the present invention, since over sampling is performed by circulating the oscillator signal DOSCD at a plurality of times in the feedback loop, the dead band of the phase discrimination circuit 140 is apparently reduced. For this reason, a phase error caused by the dead band can be reduced. |
