<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion board for chlorine gas which can suppress corrosion of a bottom plate by chlorine gas and a fluid chlorination furnace provided with the dispersion board.SOLUTION: In a dispersion board for chlorine gas, a raw material containing a metal oxide and coke are loaded in the upper part, and the raw material is brought into contact with chlorine gas supplied from the upper part and includes a bottom plate, a heat insulation layer which is arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate and composed of unshaped refractory and a dispersion layer which is arranged in the upper part of the insulation layer and composed of inert particles having chlorine resistance. In the bottom plate and the layer composed of unshaped refractory, a plurality of gas passages allowing the chlorine gas to pass through are provided. The thickness of the insulation layer is preferably equal to or greater than 10 mm and smaller than 500 mm. In the gas passages, a gas supply pipe composed of Ni or a Ni-based alloy is preferably arranged so as to come in contact with the bottom plate.</p> |
