PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium discharge device and an image forming apparatus including the same, capable of preventing both of curling of end parts and curling of both ends of a recording medium in a width direction.SOLUTION: A sheet presser member 61 for pressing a trailing end of a sheet to be discharged from a sheet discharge port 53, is arranged in the vicinity of a downstream side of the sheet discharge port 53 to a sheet discharging direction. The sheet presser member 61 comprises: a side surface portion 61a opposed to a leading end of the sheet to be discharged from the sheet discharge port 53; and a bottom surface portion 61b projected to the downstream side in the sheet discharging direction from a lower end of the side surface portion 61a.
