<p>The present invention relates to a lighting device and, specifically, to a planar LED device for lighting. According to the present invention, provided is a planar LED lighting device, comprising: a planar circuit board; a plurality of unit LED light sources mounted on the circuit board and arranged vertically and horizontally; a mask unit, formed on the circuit board, surrounding the plurality of unit LED light sources; and a filling phosphor filled in the internal space of the mask unit, wherein the unit LED light sources are bare-chip-type LED chips mounted on the circuit board in a COB manner.</p> |
