The present invention provides a wireless power transmission apparatus for a vehicle comprising: a base unit inserted into a car cup holder; a mounting unit which includes a mounting housing containing a mounting surface to be inclined with the central axis of the base unit and a pedestal surface bent and extended in the mounting surface, and a pressing member to be installed in the mounting housing for pressing a wireless power receiving device to be compressed toward the mounting surface and which is connected to the base unit; and a transmission unit which is mounted on the mounting unit and which outputs a wireless power signal toward the wireless power receiving device by receiving power from a car battery.
