PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speed reduction mechanism that can generate a high-torque, and to provide a driving system and a robot device.SOLUTION: The speed reduction mechanism for transferring a torque to an output shaft from an input shaft includes: an eccentric part provided in part of the input shaft and integrally rotatable with the input shaft; and a transmission part that is provided so that part of which serves as a torque transmission part operable to transfer a torque to the output shaft and the torque transmission part is sequentially changed with the rotation of the eccentric part, and turns the output shaft by sequentially changing the torque transmission part. |
