PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centering device which has a simple structure while securing positioning accuracy.SOLUTION: A centering device includes: a pair of first positioning bodies 1A, 1B which are movably structured so that first positioning parts 1Aa, 1Ba move on a first axial line 1x along a first positioning direction G1 in a positioning plane P; a first integrated guide passage 1C which guides the pair of first positioning bodies 1A, 1B in the first positioning direction G1; first drive mechanisms 1D, 1E, 1F which drive the pair of first positioning bodies 1A, 1B; a pair of second positioning bodies 2A, 2B which are movably structured so that second positioning parts 2Aa, 2Ba move on a second axial line 2x along a second positioning direction G2 in the positioning plane P; a second integrated guide passage 2C which guides the pair of second positioning bodies 2A, 2B in the second positioning direction G2; and second drive mechanisms 2D, 2E, 2F which drive the pair of second positioning bodies 2A, 2B. |
