PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable capacitance capacitor that allows preventing a capacitance variation due to input of an AC input signal.SOLUTION: A variable capacitance capacitor includes a first capacitor electrode part, a second capacitor electrode part disposed so as to face the first capacitor electrode part, a first drive electrode part, and a second drive electrode part disposed so as to face the first drive electrode part, and outputs an output signal according to capacitance formed between the first capacitor electrode and the second capacitor electrode by inputting an AC input signal to the first capacitor electrode or the second capacitor electrode. The first capacitor electrode part and the first drive electrode part are interlockingly coupled to each other via a coupling part having elasticity, and the natural frequency of the first capacitor electrode part and the first drive electrode part that are coupled is smaller than the frequency of the input signal. |
