<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material having functional powder capable of controlling an amount of functional material exposed at a surface of the base material.SOLUTION: A base material having functional powder includes: a base material on which at least two layers of thermoplastic resin are laminated; and functional powder fixed in a state embedded in one or more surfaces with regard to the base material. Part of the functional powder exists in a state exposed from the base material. The base material is in a film, sheet or tabular state.</p> |
