METHOD AND NODE FOR PROCESSING SIGNAL IN OPTICAL BURST NETWORK

The present invention provides a method and a node for processing a signal in an optical burst network. The method comprises: a receiving node determining whether a first way of optical burst (OB) signals on a work path are normal; when determining that a second part of OB signals in the first way of OB signals are abnormal, the receiving node obtaining a first part of OB signals from the first way of OB signals except the second part of OB signals, and obtaining the second part of OB signals from a second way of OB signals on a protection path, content of the first way of OB signals being same as that of the second way of OB signals; the receiving node synchronizing the second part of OB signals obtained from the second way of OB signals with the first part of OB signals; and the receiving node combining the second part of OB signals obtained from the second way of OB signals with the first part of OB signals, so as to obtain a complete OB signal. By using the embodiments of the present invention, protection switching of an OB signal at an optical layer can be implemented, thereby improving the transmission efficiency of the OB signal.
