<p>The present invention relates to a gas wiping apparatus which includes: a chamber to which a high pressure gas is supplied; a rib member which is arranged between the chamber and a plated steel sheet, and includes a gas discharging outlet that injects the high pressure gas, supplied from the chamber, on the plated steel sheet; a rip member support which is connected to the chamber and the rib member, and is provided to support the rib member; and a spangle inhibition means which is arranged on the rib member to reduce generation of the spangle by quenching the plated steel sheet. According to the present invention, when an amount of zinc plating on the plated steel sheet is adjusted by gas wiping, during a post-process of painting the plated steel sheet, mist at low temperatures is injected to inhibit formation of the spangle. Moreover, when the plated steel sheet is manufactured to be a construction material having an excellent corrosion resistance, the quenching process is skipped to form the spangle as usual.</p> |
