<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a highly absorptive resin is provided to improve pulverization property by converting monomer solution to a particle shape, to control the particle size of a highly absorptive resin, and to minimize and simplify recirculation process for pulverization. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a highly absorptive resin comprises a step of forming a monomer composition by supplying a water-soluble ethylene-based unsaturated monomers and polymerization initiator through a separate inlet; a step of spraying a monomer composition through the spray device to a substrate which has a hydrophobic surface connected to a polymerization reactor(10) and forming a fine monomer mixture(32) of a 300 micron or less; a step heat polymerizing the monomer mixture in a polymerization reactor and manufacturing a micro hydrogel polymer(34); and a step of drying the micro hydrogel polymer.
