<p>A method and device for locating and processing a problem. The method comprises: acquiring various data used for problem analysis; and, locating the problem by employing a visualization model on the basis of the various data acquired. The present invention solves the problem of, in addition to complex location procedures, low location accuracy in location efficiency as found in the relevant art whereby manual location by professional technical staff is required for locating a problem, thus achieving the effect of not only increased location accuracy but also of increased location efficiency.</p> |
